02 - In a large bowl, gently combine 1.5 lbs ground chicken, 1 large egg, 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 cup finely diced yellow onion, 4 cloves minced garlic, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp kosher salt, and 1/2 tsp black pepper.
